These MILANI "Shadow Eyez"- 12 hour eyeshadow pencils are *awesome*!
I bought Aquatic Blue (05), Golden (12), and Royal Purple (06) at Dollar Tree.
The light blue color is a little frosty and the purple color is pretty matte.
I like to use these as eyeliners more often than eyeshadow.
The colors are bright and creamy and they set quickly- and they stay put! WoW! You'll definitely need to scrub or use some makeup remover (I use coconut oil) to get it off completely. I took this pic after washing my hand with regular soap and water----->
